If you see the above error message displayed when trying to create a PDF file within LinkWare PC, it may be due to a conflict of software versions between the tester that ran the test and the LinkWare PC software installed on your computer. Check for an update for your LinkWare PC software by navigating to:
[Help] > [Check for Updates] shown below.
You will need to have Administrator rights to install the LinkWare PC software.
If Check for Updates returns the message “Software is up to date.”, it is possible that the tester was manually updated to a new version which is not yet automatically being sent through the older software. As a part of the standard release cycle, new software versions are available to download manually from our website for about one week before they are available through the old software. You can check if there is a new version available to download manually from our website here.
