Proper use of measurement standards is carefully and continually monitored through a corporate controlled audit program. Flat rate repair
Repair price is at a Flat Rate cost. It covers parts, labor, and calibration or performance tests necessary to repair the instrument and have it operate within published specifications. It also includes any factory-authorized modifications to bring it up to current standards. Repairs requiring replacement of cathode ray tubes, rechargeable battery packs, or mechanical and electromechanical parts are also excluded. Any excluded parts required to make the repair will be billed at the current published price. Prices do not include unrelated multiple assembly failures, workmanship related problems, accessories or evidence of abuse or overload.
As a Gold Support Member all repair costs will be covered and we'll deliver a loaner unit via next-business day service (where available) to keep you up and running while your unit is being repaired, with all shipping costs covered.
How to schedule Repair Service
Gold Support Members: Should your unit require repair due to failure or accidental damage (abuse and overload excluded), simply call your local Technical assistance group (find your local Gold Hotline number for faster response), who will verify that repair is needed and arrange for our Service Center to issue an RMA. A loaner will be sent out via overnight delivery with all shipping paid by Fluke Networks. Simply place your unit in the shipping container the loaner arrives in, affix the pre-paid return shipping label and ship to Fluke Networks.
Non-Gold Members: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for every instrument sent to Fluke Networks for any type of service. The RMA number allows us to process your instrument and allows you check the status more easily. To obtain your RMA number, contact us at 1-888-993-5853
or use the Online Service RMA request form. Any instrument sent to a Fluke Networks service center without an RMA will be returned to the customer.
Please be ready to provide the following information:
- Method of payment - Fluke accepts American Express, MasterCard, & Visa or valid purchase order number as a method of payment.
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Tax status- Taxable or tax exempt
- Model & serial number of the instrument
- Type of service you're requesting
Gold Support Members: All shipping arrangements and costs will be covered by Fluke Networks. Please ensure that your unit is secure in the shipping package and marked with the RMA (Return material Authorization) number that you receive.
Non-Gold Members: Please ensure that your unit is packed securely in your shipping container and marked with the RMA (Return Material Authorization) number that you received when setting up your order. Please ship your unit to us as soon as possible after receiving your RMA. Your unit will be shipped back to you via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested.

Support Services for Discontinued Products
Fluke Networks' recognizes the importance of continued support services for discontinued products. Our policy is to provide support services for a specified minimum period after the product is discontinued from production. Availability of replacement parts is a key element in providing quick turnaround and product support for customers who perform their own maintenance. By providing quality parts and responsive support, we will help return your Fluke Networks products to peak performance. Fluke stocks several hundred thousand components, subassemblies, and modules. All replacement parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after shipment.
