Dual Wavelength support - SimpliFiber Pro

This article is intended to clarify the dual wavelength function on the SimpliFiber Pro.

With normal power meters and source, you have to set a reference at one wavelength, then make all your measurements at that wavelength. Then reset the reference at the second wavelength and retest the same fiber links again. Two separate measurements per fiber.

The SimpliFiber Pro only requires you to make the measurement once for each fiber. It will measure 850/1300 nm for multimode and 1310/1550 nm for singlemode at the same time. (Cut your labor time in half)

It will also store both wavelengths as one test result.
