Eligibility: Offer open only to legal residents of, or businesses with a principal place of business in Australia or New Zealand. This offer is not open to Fluke Networks' distributors, Fluke and Fluke Networks' sales staff, or Fluke Networks' service centers. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Offer is void where prohibited.
How to Claim Rebate Offer: Eligible models must have been purchased in new condition from an authorized reseller in Australia or New Zealand between September 1, 2016 and December 23, 2016. Only one trade in is allowed per unit purchased. Visit www.flukenetworks.com/content/trade-bigger-profits-anz to download a rebate form. A priced and dated invoice and a completed rebate form must be sent with the eligible trade-in unit to and received by Fluke Networks at the appropriate address noted on the form no later than January 31, 2017. Submissions received after 1/31/2017 are void and will not be processed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not the Fluke representative or distributor to complete the rebate claim form and to affix sufficient postage to the submission.
Rebates: For eligible trade-in units submitted in accordance with these terms, Fluke Networks will issue a rebate check for the amounts specified above. Rebate checks will be mailed within 60 days after receipt of trade-in. Rebate checks are not transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
Other Terms and Conditions: All submissions are subject to verification and audit. Submissions received after January 31, 2017 are void and will not be processed. All products and materials submitted in connection with this offer become the property of Fluke Networks and will not be returned. Any taxes/fees are the responsibility of the recipient. This promotion may not be used or combined with any other promotional offer from Fluke Networks or its distribution partners, including Gold BuyBack. Fluke Networks, its distributors or its service centers are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected submissions. This promotion is subject to change at any time. Fluke Networks reserves the right to refuse any claim. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the offer, you release and agree to hold harmless Fluke Networks, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer.
