Error message - file pxtmp.$$$ cannot be opened

This error indicates that on the previous use of Scanlink there was a problem and now the temporary file pxtmp.$$$ is corrupted. The problem can occur if the previous upload was aborted abnormally, Scanlink was shut down during the upload or that the PC was shut down during an upload. The way to correct this is to go into the Scanlink directory and delete the file named pxtmp.$$$. This file is a temporary file that is created each time there is an upload to Scanlink. This file can also be used to recover test results that were not saved on the last successful upload to Scanlink. The file would need to be renamed with the .dat extension and then opened in Scanlink.
