Eligibility: Offer open only to legal residents of, or businesses with a principal place of business in, Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. This offer is not open to Fluke Networks' distributors and resellers, Fluke and Fluke Networks' sales staff, or Fluke Networks' service centers. How to Claim Free FI-7000: Purchases must have been made in the Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea between March 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017 (invoice date). Visit /content/double-promotion-2017-form-anz to submit the required information. A priced and dated invoice and a completed form must be sent and received by Fluke Networks as per the form no later thirty days after the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer and not the Fluke representative or distributor to complete the claim form and provide a copy of the invoice.
Free FI-7000: For eligible purchase documentation submitted in accordance with these terms, Fluke Networks will ship an FI-7000 at no charge. Any taxes/fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Units will be mailed within 8 weeks after receipt of complete documentation. Fluke reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
Other Terms and Conditions: Units must be purchased in new condition, and may only be submitted one time for this promotion. All submissions are subject to verification and audit. Submissions received 30 days after invoice date are void and will not be processed. All materials submitted in connection with this offer become the property of Fluke Networks and will not be returned. Any taxes/fees are the responsibility of the recipient. This promotion may not be used or combined with any other promotional offer from Fluke Networks or its distribution partners, including Lifetime Buyback. Fluke Networks, its distributors or its service centers are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected submissions. This promotion is subject to change at any time. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the offer, you release and agree to hold harmless Fluke Networks, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer.
