Internal Data Storage Battery Voltage is Low

The lithium battery is a backup that maintains the internal memory if you should remove the main battery. It normally lasts three to five years. Unfortunately, only a Fluke authorized service center can replace the battery. So long as the main battery has a charge, you should not lose any data stored in the internal memory - you can continue to use it.

Repair service for the DSP-2000 CableAnalyzer may no longer be available in your region due to a lack of available parts. Please contact your local service center to verify if they will accept your instrument for repair. We try to maintain service for an instrument 5 years after it's last date of manufacture. We would like to keep you as a Fluke Networks customer. If repair is no longer offered in your region, please let us know how we can keep you as a Fluke Networks customer sales@flukenetworks.com
