You'll receive access to all software upgrades via "MyAccount" on www.flukenetworks.com, giving you the latest functionality, improving technical efficiency and troubleshooting. Upgrades also include Management Information Base (MIB) library updates for applicable products.
Unlimited 24x7 technical support: Extended the expertise of your staff. Gold support includes priority access to our world class technical assistance center (TAC) via members-only phone numbers. Our centers in London and Seattle employ a full staff of highly trained technical experts that are on call, including weekends and through the night when most network changes are implemented, to answer complex troubleshooting questions. Annual Calibration and Factory Refresh Gold support includes one calibration and factory refresh per year at no charge. You unit will be precisely calibrated using the full battery of proprietary Fluke Networks test procedures, adjusted/repaired as necessary with genuine repair parts, software and firmware updates applied, all accessories tested and replaced if defective, then cleaned and performance verified.
Accessory Replacement: Some accessory parts are essential to your Fluke Networks unit. The normal warranty on accessories is 90 days, but parts and accessories will be replaced free of charge during the term of your Gold Support contract (some accessories are limited to 1 set per year).
Repairs and Loaner equipment: As a Gold Support member we'll deliver a loaner unit via next-business day service to keep you up and running while your unit is being repaired, with all shipping costs covered. Note: Gold Support for the Network Time Machine does not currently include a loaner unit during repair service.
Out-of-warranty units will either undergo a fee based inspection prior to receiving Gold Support or the user must wait 30 days before taking advantage of any service or repair benefit.
