• Annual priority calibration and factory refresh – Our calibration processes are ISO-9001 controlled and designed to certify that the Fluke Networks products meet all published specifications and are operating within factory specifications.
• Priority repair services - "first on bench" repair priority using OEM repair parts to ensure accurate test results.
• Accessory replacement – Some accessories are essential to accurately testing and certifying cable and fiber. Fleet Support provides free accessory replacement as needed for accurate and repeatable test results.
• 24/7 Technical Support and special access- Problems and questions can come at any time. Fleet support also offers special access to our industry-leading TAC team of technical experts and factory engineers for answers to the most difficult network testing and certification questions.
