In 2006, Century saw the need to provide various services over a secure wide area network. However, even with connectivity to all sites and devices, they still lacked the necessary monitoring and alerting tools that would prevent a lot of running around.
Using a combination of Fluke Networks tools, Century Housing was able to remotely monitor and troubleshoot the large transitional housing complex, stop network abusers, gain insight into the network infrastructure, and lower IT costs.
