Fluke Networks' Email Subscription Program

Your positive experience with our email subscription program is our priority. Therefore, in addition to sending you only the types of communications you have opted-in to receive, we also regulate the number of times we will email you within these designated preferences. You will be emailed no more than FOUR times per monthly calendar. This means that you may receive four email communications relevant to your subscription interests during a calendar month.

There are the following exceptions to this rule in order that Fluke Networks meets its legal, contractual, financial and safety obligations to our customers:

  • Gold SuperVision Support notices as required by the customer's Gold program agreement including product updates, upgrades and "members only" promotions
  • Product upgrades or bug fixes to registered product owners
  • Product safety notices to the product users
  • Email confirmations of contest entries/winners as noted in contest rules
  • Email communications from retail sales organizations who carry Fluke Networks equipment.
  • One-on-one correspondence with Fluke Networks' employees

How Fluke Networks' Email Subscription Program works
You can opt-in to receive email updates when you sign on to My Account/MyVision. Upon completion of registration and receipt of permission from the user to receive the specified types of email communications, Fluke Networks will communicate to you only those communications preferences positively indicated on the MyVision registration form.

Opting out of Email Subscription Program
To opt-out of receiving all or part of the email communications that you have expressly requested do one of the following:

  • From an email you receive from Fluke Networks:
    • Click on the Unsubscribe link and you will be unsubscribed from all future email communications in our program.
    • Click Update My Account, and you will be able to immediately update your Subscription Preferences.
  • You can also modify your subscription preferences or unsubscribe on the Email Subscription Page. Follow the instructions on the MyVision Email Subscription Preferences page to modify or unsubscribe to email communicatations.

Email Delivery Engine
Fluke Networks uses a third party to execute email communications, and this third party abides by strict privacy and anti-SPAM guidelines. Their privacy policy conforms to Fluke Networks privacy guidelines. See it at http://www.tailoredmail.com/website3/about.htm#privacy

Email Fraud Security Notice
Fluke Networks does not permit:

  • Spamming: sending unsolicited advertising to those with whom Fluke does not have an existing business relationship; posting off-topic advertising in newsgroups.
  • Spoofing: using a return email address that is not the sender’s valid reply address; sending an email message that does not contain enough information to enable the recipient to identify the sender.
  • Passive Spamming: promoting a website hosted by Fluke by spamming from another source.
  • Trolling: posting controversial messages in newsgroups to generate responses
  • Mail Bombing: Inundating a user with email without any serious intent to correspond; sending large or multiple files to a user.

Fluke Networks reserves the right to seek the imposition of criminal and civil penalties for any unacceptable online activities, including punitive damages, under any applicable law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2511), the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), 15 U.S.C. § 1114), the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (RCW 19.108.010), the Unsolicited Electronic E-mail Act, and the Washington Unfair Business-Consumer Protection Act.
