SuperAgent comes in two configurations – a standalone version where all functions are included in a single unit and a distributed version, where up to five collectors can feed into a centralized management console. The distributed model allows SuperAgent to scale for large data centers and geographically dispersed enterprises. Distributed installations will enjoy the data aggregation of the Master Console and the single point of access for valuable application performance information. Communication between the Master Console and the collectors is optimized to place the smallest possible load on network traffic and valuable WAN connections.
