All reports are accessible via a web browser and provide single click drill-down analysis. Custom reports can be configured to display response time data for any combination of application, server and client region, using the Custom Report page. All reports can be emailed on a scheduled basis or exported in a .CSV or XML format.

Intelligent Baselines created by SuperAgent compare current performance levels with historical observations. At a single glance, IT can automatically identify performance problems and applications not providing expected levels of service. The algorithms used to create the Intelligent Baselines blend short, medium and long-term performance data. Users can then adjust the Intelligent Baselines to reflect the sensitivity they would like to see for their own alerts.
