SuperAgent?s Incident Detection Engine identifies problems as they occur and let's you manage change before end users are impacted. SuperAgent automatically correlates problems to reduce reported incidents, ensuring you don?t get flooded with problem notifications. An incident is created when the performance of your network links, applications or servers degrade past a threshold, either calculated from the Intelligent Baselines or set manually. This capability is automatically deployed with SuperAgent and requires no configuration prior to monitoring application traffic. However, the adjustable sensitivity allows you to configure the engine to be more or less sensitive, based upon your reporting needs.
