Enterprise Performance Center is a web-based management portal that combines end-to-end performance data from SuperAgent with NetFlow-based traffic analysis data from ReporterAnalyzer and includes integrated polling capabilities. Using Enterprise Performance Center, custom pages and role-specific views can be created for different users and groups throughout the organization such as engineering, operations, and management to help them do their jobs better and faster.

With Enterprise Performance Center, you gain insight into the performance data you need from all areas of the business infrastructure to rapidly resolve performance issues, understand the impact of change, identify future capacity requirements, and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), without switching between multiple products.

With integrated views into end-to-end performance data, traffic analysis, and device performance data, you empower all levels of the organization by providing the right information for each team member—including customized views that are tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Engineering View: Provide Engineering with capacity planning data and the information they need to understand the impact of change (MPLS, VoIP, application rollout)
  • Operations View: Give Operations the data they need to reduce trouble ticket times and quickly isolate performance problems to the server, the application or the network
  • Management View: Provide Management summaries that clearly demonstrate IT's ability to maintain meaningful service levels agreements and consistent end-to-end performance while controlling or reducing infrastructure costs

Enterprise Performance Center custom web pages can incorporate a number of SuperAgent views including:

  • Baselines: server response time, round trip time, transaction time
  • SLA reports: performance and availability
  • Performance maps: network round trip time, and packet loss by network, refused sessions and response time by server, transaction time and traffic volume by application
  • Incidents and Investigations

Additionally, the integrated poller can provide the following statistics for hosts and interfaces monitored by SuperAgent and ReporterAnalyzer:

  • Interface Utilization
  • CPU Utilization
  • Memory Utilization
  • Errors/Discards
  • Availability
