Troubleshooting application issues can be a complex task when using packet analysis.  OptiView Protocol Expert provides an easier way to do this by presenting a graphical view of client server transactions.  An easy to understand diagram, called a bounce chart, highlights the response times for each packet in a conversation occurring over the network.  This view shows delta times, packet size and packet summary information all in an easy to read pane right next to the raw packets.  Clicking on a packet in the bounce chart highlights the corresponding packet in the decode view and vice versa.  To view the different data stream in bounce format, simply click on a new conversation packet in the decode view window.
