Insight EXP Test Set
This PDA-based field test set provides a superior testing solution for the field technician. When the InsightEXP works in concert with the DATU EXP CO unit, technicians achieve fully automated double-ended testing capabilities. The two components automatically conduct a complete suite of parametric loop tests at the touch of a button. |
DATU EXP Loop Test & Conditioning Unit
The heart of the EXP System is the CO-based rack-mounted DATU EXP device that performs automated loop conditioning, testing and analysis, while capturing test data. Technicians invoke DATU EXP tests and conditions remotely using the InsightEXP test set, enabling assessment of physical and electrical characteristics of a line from any point on the loop. Technicians can also direct the DATU EXP unit to place conditions on a line through DTMF tones from a standard butt-in telephone test set. |
Test Tracker
A web-based system that provides centralized job and test status monitoring for all field technicians in a given dispatch center. Garage managers gain real-time access to detailed information about any tests performed by a technician, providing key information needed to manage workload, coach and train technicians, and approve referrals. |
EXP Manager
This element manager provides top-level control for region-wide administration of DATU EXPs. The EXP Manager provides the interface to control global system faults and alarms, firmware upgrades, pass/fail test threshold management (customized by wire center), system use monitoring, software upgrades and data mining. |
Demand Test Tracker
Substantially reduce test and troubleshooting time with the EXP System’s Demand TestTracker application. Simply by entering the phone number to be tested and selecting Test, the Demand TestTracker application will launch a single-ended test and provide the technician with pass/fail analysis of the line under test. |
