What is the return policy for the Fluke Networks Try and Buy program?
Try the tester free for 5 days. You simply return the product after your evaluation period using the pre-paid return UPS shipping label included.

Is there any cost associated with the Try and Buy program?
There is no cost associated with the program. Fluke Networks pays the cost of shipment to you and includes a pre-paid label so you can return it at no cost to you. Be sure to return the unit at the end of the 5-day evaluation period.

I have questions about the operation of the tester?
The tester ships with a Getting Started Guide so you can operate the tool quickly and easily. The tester also features on-board help to assist with your operation questions. In addition, the tester ships with an evaluation guide to step you through many of the most common tests.
