Fluke Networks' Opening Closing Log (OCL) solution enables multiple users to track, monitor, and report sheath openings and closings. The application interface is done through a client side graphical user interface or over the web. OCL works as a stand alone application, or it can collaborate with the Centralized Air Pressure System (CAPS) to correlate sheath openings with air pressure alarm activity.
