Redeemable unit must be in operating condition. The trade-up form, completed and signed by the purchaser, must accompany any orders wishing to take advantage of this discount. No orders with trade up discounts will be acknowledged without a signed copy of that form. Only one unit may be traded-up per OptiView XG Network Analysis Tablet ordered. Purchaser must send the unit to be traded to the appropriate address listed in the trade-up form within 30 days of receiving the OptiView XG Network Analysis Tablet or the purchaser will be invoiced for the discount provided. The purchaser must be the legal owner of the unit traded in, and the unit will become the property of Fluke Networks.
